CHICKEN MEAT OR BEEF (MINCE)
SALT
FUCUK (BEANCURD STICK SOAK IN WATER TILL SOFT)
RED DATES
GARLIC PASTE
CILI PAPER (JUST DRY BLEND DRY CILI)-JUST IGNORE IF YOU DON'T WANT
SALTED SOY BEAN

PREPARATION:

1. BOIL WATER ABOUT 500ML
2. GARLIC PASTE
3. TAKE MINCE CHICKEN OR BEEF AND PUT INSIDE THE BOILED WATER
4. LATER 10 MINUTES PUT CARROT, RED DATES, FUCUK, SALTED SOY BEAN
5. AFTER IT COOK PUT SALT AND SPRING ONION
